Complex CNC Turning and Milling Tasks
We can perform complex turning and milling tasks on parts ranging in size from 1 mm to 650 mm with an accuracy of 0.005 mm. We are both a service provider and a partner to our customers. Based on our long-standing experience we will provide fair, competent, and productive advice regarding all aspects of CNC precision manufacturing. In three-shift production and offer a range of special services,we are able to manufacture according to even the most sophisticated specifications by our customers.
Automation and Network Integration
Continuous investment in state of the art technology and continued optimisation of our production processes help to reduce turnaround times to the benefit of our customers. We focus on increasing the automation of our production:
- Loading Robot: Our industrial robot "Robojob" is able to load the turning machine Mazak Quick Turn Smart 350M around the clock. This allows us to shorten turnaround times even further and, since no manual labour is involved, reduce production costs.
- Bar Feeder: An automatic bar feeder autonomously transports the bar material to the CNC turning and milling machine Mazak-Integrex 200-III for further processing.
- Pallet Machines: Pallet machines allow for high flexibility during CNC milling and for exceptionally quick processing of orders. Machining centres with up to ten pallets manufacture single parts or small batches with various tools.
- State of the Art Control Systems: Our high-tech machining centres are equipped with state of the art control systems. While one part is processed, our qualified employees will program the next production run in parallel. Due to the interaction between state of the art technology and high processing power of our computers, we achieve the highest possible acceleration of our processes.
- Network Integration: All our machines and computers are integrated into our network. This helps to minimise sources of errors and to efficiently process your orders.
- Tool Management: Our professional inventory management system, including an efficient tool management system, allows for automatic disposition of all required tools. Our consignment warehouse that is connected to the network and organised according to need, tracks and manages all tools in one place. This ensures timely provision of tools of the correct quality and quantity. Machine downtime due to missing tools does not happen at HAKU GmbH. Our tool management gives us the flexibility it takes to also address short-term requests by our customers. By means of a number of interfaces, all CAD/CAM, warehouse, and machining systems are interconnected.
With the ZOLLER presetting device we are able to pre-set our tools for CNC manufacturing. Therefore, the tools for our machining centres are 100 % ready and tested.
With a shrink fit machine we can quickly and precisely shrink our tools with an accuracy of about +/- 10 µm. Modern technology reduces our setup times for the benefit of our customers.
